With hearts full of love and memories, we share the passing of Robb Lee Fountain, lovingly known as Robbie, who left this world far too soon at the age of 16. Born on June 2, 2008, in Tucson, Arizona, Robbie was a curious, compassionate, and bright soul who saw the world through a lens of wonder and possibility.
From the moment he could hold a tool or a Lego brick, Robbie was building, exploring, and asking questions. He had a natural talent for understanding how things worked and a drive to put everything together - both in the world around him and in the lives of those he loved. He built hundreds of Lego sets with ease and joy, each one a small reflection of his incredible mind.
Robbie had big dreams of becoming a military pilot and was just days away from taking the test to earn his drone pilot’s license. He loved tanks, flight, and anything that moved with purpose. But his passions didn’t stop at machines - Robbie was also a gifted cook, known for whipping up incredible meals with a special flair. Ratatouille was his birthday favorite, and he poured love into every dish he made.
Music was the constant rhythm of his life. Rarely seen without his headphones, Robbie was always listening -letting lyrics and melodies carry him through the day. His Tata instilled in him a deep love for Santana, and that music became part of the soundtrack to his journey - soulful, passionate, timeless.
More than anything, Robbie was kind. He had an innate sense of empathy that made people feel seen, supported, and loved - often before they even asked for help. He was the kind of person who lit up a room with his humor, his Converse sneakers, his black nail polish, and his signature Garfield shirts. He reminded us all to embrace what made us unique and to lift each other up.
He is survived by his loving parents, Robb and Danica, and his big sister, Aaliyah, who was his hero and best friend. Together, they hold tight to every joyful memory, every laugh, every late-night talk, and every shared dream.
