Barbara Louise Lemmert

Barbara Louise Lemmert, age 87 of Tucson, Arizona passed peacefully from this life
into the loving arms of our Lord on July 30, 2024, after suffering a month-long illness.
During her final days, she was surrounded by loving family. She was born on March 20,1937, in Crum, West Virginia to parents Paul and Norma Chancey.

Barbara really enjoyed reunions with her siblings, Wilma, Fleet and Sonny, they would meet in different cities to share stories and a lot of laughs. Barb, in her younger years was a youth
director at her church in Pontiac, Michigan. She also ran for office in 1976, in Oakland
County, Michigan. Barbara worked for Robinson May in the cosmetics department and
loved her customers. Barbara loved to play bingo (Bingo Barb) and tell stories about
growing up in a military family and all the different places where they lived. Most of all,
she loved spending time with her daughter Stacy Mae, who was also her caregiver for
the last 12 years.

Barbara loved America, her favorite presidents were Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump. She was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a Christian. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by both parents; sister, Wilma Ferrell, and Donna Chancey Rose.

Barbara is survived by her children: Ronald Lemmert, Rocky Lemmert, and Stacy Mae Lemmert; one grandson, Aaron (Melissa) Lemmert, two great grandchildren, Mikaela and Alyson Lemmert;
siblings; Fleet (Marge) Chancey, and Sonny Chancey.
